ZXSC100는 Zetex의 8PIN IC입니다.
전형적인 Step up Converter로써 외부 Coil (22uH~100uH)과 NPN-TR을 사용하여
고효율로 발열없이 3.5V 이상의 백색 LED를 0.9V~3.5V의 전지전원으로 부터
IC와 단 3개의 외부 부품만으로 점등합니다.

ZXSC100 single cell DC-DC converter offers
an ideal solution to driving white LEDs in flashlights,
enabling operation from a single NiCd or NiMH cell.

Presented in this applications note is a typical sytem
power supply design for a digital still camera.
The solution is based on the ZXSC100 DC-DC boost converter
which provides an efficient and cost effective design.
Conversion is from a two cell alkaline battery,
3V to 2V, to a regulated 3.3V output with a maximum load current of 100mA.
